Working Instruction for Diamond Borers Ф6мм-Ф30мм
1. Speed – 1200 – 6000 tr/min
2. In the beginning of the drilling use the tool in gradient 10-30 degree (to fix on the work point)
3. On each 3 – 5 sec you should remove the tool and put the working top into water ( interrupted working rate).
4. Cutting pressure:
– D6-D10mm borers – 2-5kg
– D12-D18mm borers – 3-6kg
– D20-D30mm borers – 3-7kg
5. If the tool begin to work hardly you must sharpen it – drill a hole deep 10-20mm in peace of brick.
